Job Summary

We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive for our tiles showroom. The candidate will help customers in selecting tiles, explain products, close sales, and maintain good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and understand their requirements (floor, wall, bathroom, kitchen tiles) Show tile samples, designs, sizes, finishes, and explain features Suggest suitable tiles as per customer budget and usage Prepare quotations and follow up for order confirmation Convert walk-in customers into sales Coordinate with store staff for stock availability and dispatch Maintain customer records and follow-ups Handle basic billing or coordinate with billing team Keep showroom clean, organized, and well-displayed Achieve monthly sales targets
Skills & Requirements

Minimum 1-3 years experience in retail sales (tiles / sanitary / building materials preferred) Good communication skills Basic knowledge of tiles (sizes, finishes, application) is an advantage Customer-friendly and convincing nature Ability to work independently and in a team Basic computer knowledge (quotation, WhatsApp, Excel - preferred)
Qualification

10th / 12th pass or above Sales experience is more important than qualification
