About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive for our HCI Brand Store in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales within consumer electronics, luxury lifestyle products, or telecom sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive in-store sales and meet/exceed monthly targets

Deliver product demonstrations and ensure an excellent customer experience

Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business

Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays

Ensure inventory management and regular stock updates

Support promotional campaigns and participate in in-store events

Requirements:

Experience: 3 to 5 years in retail sales (consumer electronics/luxury lifestyle/telecom)

Education: Minimum Graduation

Skills: Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, customer-centric approach

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
