Key Responsibilities:
Attend walk-in customers at the retail outlet and explain product features and benefits.
Demonstrate solar products and provide suitable solutions based on customer needs.
Generate retail sales, prepare quotations, and close orders.
Maintain records of inquiries, sales, and customer feedback.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
Coordinate with internal teams for product availability and timely delivery.
Support in maintaining store display and inventory.
Handle basic documentation and billing using MS Office or internal software.
