An Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a candidate with strong communication skills and a degree or postgraduate qualification. A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales is preferred, though freshers may also be considered.
Key Competencies:
Responsible for day-to-day business generation at the store, including handling walk-in customers, managing their bookings, addressing queries, and selling relevant products and services based on customer needs. Actively involved in upselling and cross-selling of products, including value-added services. Core responsibilities also include daily activities such as tele-calling for lead generation, enquiry monitoring and follow-ups, lead closure, and reference generation. Manage in-store promotions of products, services, and seasonal schemes. Responsible for executing promotional activities successfully and ensuring accurate data collection during campaigns. Oversee shipment-related tasks including inspection, booking, AWB generation, cash collection, and backend coordination to ensure smooth processing. Handle customer queries effectively through regular communication with Customer Service, Operations, Supervisors, and Customer Management Representatives (CMRs). Contribute to new business generation by following up with existing customers from the database. Responsible for achieving monthly store targets and delivering expected growth across key performance metrics. Manage other day-to-day store operations, including preparing daily reports and maintaining operational efficiency.
