? Attend walk-in customers and understand their needs.
? Explain products, features, and offers to customers and close sales.
? Maintain adequate stock levels and ensure product display standards.
? Generate and maintain accurate daily sales and stock reports.
? Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.
? Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently.
KRA: TASK / ACTIVITIES
? Customer engagement and product demonstration.
? Visual merchandising and inventory upkeep.
? Billing, sales entry, and reporting accuracy.
? Follow company SOPs for store operations.
? Support team during peak hours and events.
KPI: PERFORMANCE METRICS
? ? Monthly Sales Achievement vs Target (%).
? Conversion Ratio (Walk-in to Sales).
? Average Bill Value (ABV).
? Customer Retention & Feedback Score.
? Attendance and Punctuality Record.
REQUIRED SKILLS PREFERRED SKILLS
? Strong Sales Acumen
? Good Communication Skill
? Retail Knowledge of Branded Products
? Preferably from a background in luxury goods
or high-end retail
? Proficient in MS Office
? 1-2 years of Experience
? Experience in luxury or high-end retail environment
? Knowledge of eyewear, watches,
or fashion accessories
