Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle walk-in customer queries.
  • Identify the potential customer and understand the needs of the customer.
  • Convert walk-in customers into maximum sales.
  • Keep a count of the stock at the store.
  • Up selling & Cross-selling of accessories.
  • Achieve the set sales targets.
Skills
  • Communication- Ability to communicate clearly with the customers and giving product knowledge.
  • Interpersonal-Interacting with the customers and maintaining healthy relationships with them.
  • Sales oriented- Capability to drive the sales of the company
  • Persuasion- Ability to convince the customers to buy the products by explaining the features of the same.
  • Active Learning- Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
