2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with customers.
Ensure consistent follow-ups to encourage repeat visits and client retention.
3. Customer Data & Lead Management
Accurately collect, record, and update customer information in the TDF Sales Playbook and CRM systems (Super 250, Zoho AWB, SMMP, Bridal Pipelines).
Identify potential bridal and non-fixed bridal clients and provide personalized sales support.
4. Lead Generation & Conversion
Generate leads through referrals, walk-in customers and the existing client database.
Actively pursue and convert bridal and non-fixed bridal opportunities across all sources.
5. Compliance & Reporting
Ensure disciplined and timely updates in all sales management systems (Super 250, Zoho AWB, SMMP, etc.).
Adhere to company policies, operational standards and reporting requirements.
6. Customer Experience & Store Engagement
Deliver exceptional in-store experiences through professional conduct, empathy and product expertise.
Assist team members in closing high-value or complex sales.
7. Testimonial & Review Collection
Encourage satisfied customers to share testimonials and post Google reviews.
Support initiatives that enhance store reputation and online visibility.
