Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Retail Sales Executive who thrives in the world of consumer sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for premium products, excellent customer relationship skills, and a proven track record in driving B2C sales. Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership in representing The QWERTY Ink at pop-ups, exhibitions, retail collaborations, and consumer events as a key brand ambassador, actively driving visibility, engagement, and sales.
Build and nurture strong relationships with individual customers, providing personalized product recommendations and solutions.
Actively engage with walk-in customers, online inquiries, and leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and trends to effectively upsell and cross-sell.
Identify and propose participation in relevant consumer-facing events to maximize exposure and business opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide real-time customer feedback and market insights.
Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales follow-up to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Maintain accurate and timely records of sales transactions and customer data in the CRM system.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2C or retail sales, preferably with luxury, lifestyle, or gifting products.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Experience in handling both offline and online consumer sales channels.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and upselling abilities.
Ability to understand consumer preferences and curate tailored product recommendations.
Self-motivated, result-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
Energetic team player with a passion for premium brands and exceptional customer service.
Experience in event-based selling or representing brands at exhibitions, pop-ups, or retail collaborations will be a strong advantage.
