A leading client of CareerBricks - representing premium lifestyle and luxury brands - is seeking polished and customer-centric Retail Sales Executives to represent their flagship stores.
This is a high-visibility role: you will craft premium in-store experiences, advise discerning clientele on product selection, maintain merchandising standards, and ensure every customer interaction reflects brand excellence.
Primary responsibilities include greeting customers with warmth, conducting consultative sales conversations, coordinating fitting/ trials (where applicable), processing transactions accurately, and managing after-sales follow-up. You will also support inventory checks, visual merchandising upkeep, and store activation events. The role requires impeccable grooming, professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle high-value transactions with discretion and trustworthiness.
Given the premium audience, strong communication and presentability are essential. Candidates should be confident engaging with high-profile clients and comfortable representing luxury brand values. Flexibility to work weekends and participate in on-site promotional events or pop-ups is expected; occasional intra-city travel for brand events may be required.
Requirements
Graduate or diploma in fashion/ retail (preferred)
0-3 years retail/brand experience; prior luxury retail experience is a plus
Confident, presentable, and client-facing personality
Ability to work in store hours including weekends
