We are looking for Retail Sales Executives with minimum 3 yrs. of experience in hard core selling Holiday Products (OBT, GIT, FIT) only from Travel background with good knowledge in destinations and HOLIDAY packages. Candidates from KOLKATA need to apply. Handling Sales Enquiries, Bookings, Documentations, Complaints handling, etc. Experience as a Retail Sales with minimum 3 - 4 years relevant experience in Travel & Tourism Industry with proficiency in English & Bengali. Knowledge of additional languages will be advantage. Strong Customer Service Skills. IATA qualified/any other relevant Travel and Tourism qualification would be an advantage. Experienced in various areas of travel (International & Domestic Destination/ Holidays etc.) Handling Sales Enquiries, Bookings, Documentations, Complaints handling, etc. Designing preparing itineraries, holiday packages for customers. Processing bookings by coordinating with the operations team. Knowledge of Domestic / International Destination for HOLIDAY Product must. Experience in Tele calling & converting leads into business. Prepare Travel Itinerary for visitors and travelers. Performing day to day back-end operations. Lead Generation and Customer Support. Knowledge of Operational and Visa Processing Experience in Online booking engine. ** Those not from the Travel & Tourism background need not to apply.
