Job Description

The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store standards. The role involves understanding customer needs, promoting products, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities



Greet customers and understand their requirements Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and pricing Achieve individual and store sales targets Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue Handle billing, cash, card, and digital payments accurately Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays Ensure proper stock availability and assist in stock replenishment Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions Follow company policies, SOPs, and grooming standards Participate in promotions, store events, and sales campaigns Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused approach Sales and negotiation skills Basic computer knowledge (POS, billing software) Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays Team player with a positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
