Job Description

The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the showroom/store. The role demands strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities



Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products. Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to customers. Achieve individual and store sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, offers, and promotions. Handle billing, payments, and basic documentation accurately. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and provide after-sales support. Maintain records of sales and assist in stock management/inventory. Collaborate with team members to maximize store performance. Follow company policies, standards, and ensure a positive brand image.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree or Diploma (preferred but not mandatory). 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer needs and close sales effectively. Good organizational and time-management skills. Positive attitude, team player, and result-oriented.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
