Job Description

Customer service:

Greet customers, answer questions about products, and provide assistance to help them find what they need.

Sales:

Actively promote products and special offers, upsell to meet or exceed sales goals, and handle transactions accurately.

Product knowledge:

Develop a strong understanding of the products to effectively answer customer questions and provide recommendations.

Store maintenance:

Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and organized, including arranging merchandise displays.

Inventory management:

Restock shelves and ensure that store racks are fully stocked.

Problem resolution:

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.

Teamwork:

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience and achieve store objectives.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive approach to sales and customer needs Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Basic math skills for handling cash transactions Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
