. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and achieving daily/weekly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
Drive sales by providing product knowledge, styling suggestions, and upselling/cross-selling.
Achieve individual and store-level sales targets consistently.
Ensure proper visual merchandising, display arrangements, and stock replenishment.
Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and display areas.
Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and inventory requirements.
Manage returns and exchanges as per company policy.
Support inventory audits and participate in stock counts.
Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and store operating procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in
retail sales (preferably footwear or apparel segment)
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Basic computer knowledge (POS, billing software).
Presentable and confident personality.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per retail schedule.
