Key responsibilities

Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend products Demonstrate product features, materials, and care instructions Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction Manage billing, exchanges, and basic inventory tasks Keep the store and displays neat, well-stocked, and on-brand Handle customer calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment bookings
Requirements

1-3 years of retail sales experience (jewelry, fashion, luxury preferred) Strong communication skills in English and Kannada; Hindi is a plus Customer-first mindset, confident and professional demeanor Basic computer/POS skills Willingness to work weekends and festive seasons
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
