Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets and revenue growth.

2. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving complaints.

3. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of jewelry products, including features, benefits, and pricing.

4. Merchandising: Maintain attractive product displays and ensure store visual standards.

5. Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business.

Requirements

1. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry.

2. Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

- Strong product knowledge and presentation skills.

- Ability to work in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
