Key Responsibilities

oGreet and assist customers in a warm, friendly, and engaging manner

oUnderstand duckduckbaby's product line and communicate features, benefits, and care instructions confidently

oMeet or exceed personal and store sales targets

oAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the store or area manager

oDrive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and suggesting add-ons based on customer needs

oConvert walk-in traffic into purchases through effective product recommendations and customer engagement

oEnsure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and clean

oManage returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with grace and professionalism

oStay up to date on baby trends and customer needs to make thoughtful recommendations

oCollect customer feedback to share with the team and improve service

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
