We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused
Retail Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting the right footwear, ensure a pleasant shopping experience, and contribute to achieving store sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
Provide detailed product information and suggest suitable footwear options.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Manage billing, handle cash/UPI/card transactions, and maintain accuracy.
Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement in the store.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and new arrivals.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and exchanges politely and effectively.
Support inventory management by tracking stock and reporting shortages.
Build strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
Prior retail sales experience (preferably in footwear, apparel, or lifestyle) is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
Basic knowledge of computers and billing systems.
Customer-first attitude with problem-solving ability.
Presentable personality and professional grooming.

Store Timings: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Weekly Off: As per store roster

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
