Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement:

Greet customers, understand needs, offer personalized styling advice, and provide product information.

Sales & Targets:

Actively sell, meet/exceed individual and store sales goals, and process POS transactions accurately.

Merchandising:

Arrange and maintain appealing garment displays, ensuring the sales floor is organized and clean.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and brand offerings to provide expert recommendations.

Inventory Management:

Assist with stock replenishment, tagging, and maintaining organized stockrooms.

Customer Service:

Handle inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and build customer relationships for repeat business.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Skills:

Strong communication, interpersonal, sales, problem-solving, and basic computer/POS skills.

Experience:

Previous retail or fashion sales experience preferred.

Attributes:

Passion for fashion, ability to work flexible hours (weekends/holidays), and a positive attitude.

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
