Job Description

2 years of excellent retail sales experience Preferred Presenting and selling of products using well - mannered communication skills to existing and prospective customers. Must have a thorough understanding of jewellery items and be able to present themselves professionally at all times. Knows about jewellery and diamonds. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. Preparing quotations for clients looking for custom made jewellery items. Handling and resolving customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Analysis of the needs of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Word & Excel A strong sales background will be advantageous. Candidates must have smart personality, excellent communication skills with at least 2 year experience in Jewellery retailing. Introduce the various product offering to the customers and facilitate customer buying decision. Retention of customers.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
