Welcome and engage customers with a warm, professional approach Identify customer preferences and provide personalized product recommendations Present jewelry pieces with clarity, highlighting features, benefits, and current promotions Deliver an exceptional in-store experience to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty Maintain an organized, visually appealing, and clean showroom environment Assist with routine store operations such as inventory display, tagging, and billing processes Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed about new arrivals and offers Foster strong customer relationships through trust, follow-ups, and quality service Contribute to achieving both individual and store-wide sales goals
