House of Candy is looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our store team. If you enjoy interacting with customers, selling fun products, and working in a vibrant retail environment--this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with product selection
Drive store sales through effective selling and upselling
Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and product display
Handle billing through POS system (cash/UPI/card)
Support stock management and daily store operations
Follow company policies and store SOPs
Eligibility
Minimum qualification: 12th pass
Freshers can apply; retail experience is a plus
Good communication skills (Hindi/English/local language)
Willingness to work in shifts and stand for long hours
