The Retail Sales Executive will handle walk-in customers, understand their design and material requirements, and recommend suitable tiles, sanitaryware, and interior products. The role focuses on driving showroom sales and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Attend walk-in customers and understand their
tile, sanitaryware, and interior design requirements
.
Suggest the right
products, sizes, concepts, and combinations
as per customer needs.
Prepare
quotations, price offers, and product presentations
.
Maintain proper
display knowledge
and ensure all showroom displays are updated.
Coordinate with the
store/dispatch team
for order status, stock availability, and deliveries.
Handle
follow-ups
with customers, architects, and contractors.
Achieve monthly
sales targets
and support promotional activities.
Record customer details, enquiries, and sales orders in
ERP/CRM/Excel
.
Build strong relationships with
architects, interior designers, and repeat clients
.
Stay updated on
new products, trends, sizes, finishes, and competitor offerings
.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of showroom sales experience (tile/building materials/sanitaryware preferred).
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge--Excel, CRM/ERP.
Good product knowledge of
tiles, concepts, designs, and interior trends
.
Presentable, confident, and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
