Position Name : Retail sales Officer (diamond showroom)

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets, identify new sales opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth.

- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, understand customer needs, and offer personalized recommendations.

- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of diamond jewelry, including the 4Cs (Cut, Color, Clarity, Carat).

- Merchandising: Maintain visually appealing product displays and ensure accurate inventory records.

- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their preferences, and provide tailored recommendations.

Requirements:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus.

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in luxury retail or fine jewelry sales.

- Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong sales and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

- Attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
