Job Description

Customer Interaction

: Greet customers as they arrive, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate products or services.

Sales

: Actively promote and sell products/services to customers, meeting individual and team sales targets.

Product Knowledge

: Maintain a thorough understanding of the products or services offered, and ensure customers receive accurate and up-to-date information.

Order Management

: Process sales transactions, including handling cash, credit card payments, and issuing receipts.

Stock Management

: Assist in inventory control, restocking shelves or counters with products, and keeping the display areas organized.

Customer Support

: Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support if necessary.

Sales Reporting

: Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback for reporting purposes.

Cleanliness & Organization

: Ensure the counter and surrounding areas are clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
