The Retail Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting crockery products, driving sales, and maintaining excellent customer service within the retail store. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-first attitude to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting crockery products based on their needs and preferences.
Demonstrate product features, quality, and usage to enhance customer understanding.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets set by the management.
Handle billing, payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
Keep the crockery display area clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist in inventory management.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
Address customer queries, complaints, and provide prompt solutions.
Stay updated with product knowledge, offers, discounts, and competitor trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in crockery, kitchenware, or household products.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets.
Basic computer knowledge for billing and record-keeping.
