Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers, providing detailed product information and recommendations.
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable cookware solutions from the Rosh range.
  • Demonstrate product features and handle customer queries effectively.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain store display standards and ensure product availability.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
  • Build and maintain relationships with repeat customers.
  • Stay updated on product features, prices, and promotions.
  • Support stock management, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.
Requirements
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Graduate or HSC with relevant sales experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in cookware, home appliances, or lifestyle products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude
  • Good product demonstration and negotiation skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with billing systems.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as per retail schedules
