Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store\xe2\x80\x99s profitability. Responsibilities \xe2\x97\x8f Greet and direct customers \xe2\x97\x8f Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services) \xe2\x97\x8f Answer customers\xe2\x80\x99 questions about specific products \xe2\x97\x8f Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing \xe2\x97\x8f Cross-sell and Up-sell products \xe2\x97\x8f Ensure racks are fully and stocked (Coordinate with the Retail Team ) \xe2\x97\x8f Ensuring Aesthetic displaying the stock (Coordinate with the GIVA VM team) \xe2\x97\x8f Manage returns of merchandise \xe2\x97\x8f Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) \xe2\x97\x8f Inform customers about discounts and special offers \xe2\x97\x8f Report customer feedback, Daily sales details, Daily Customer Walkin to the Team \xe2\x97\x8f Stay up-to-date with new products/services \xe2\x97\x8f Act as a bridge between the offline stores and the corporate office Requirements \xe2\x97\x8f Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role \xe2\x97\x8f Understanding of the retail sales process \xe2\x97\x8f Familiarity with consumer behaviour patterns \xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures \xe2\x97\x8f Basic Analytical Skills \xe2\x97\x8f Track record of achieving sales targets \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication skills, relationship building \xe2\x97\x8f Ability to perform in fast-paced environments \xe2\x97\x8f Flexible to work various shifts \xe2\x97\x8f Familiarity with the local language Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 915,000.00 - 917,000.00 per month Benefits:
