Core responsibilities

Customer service:

Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve complaints professionally to ensure a positive experience and build customer loyalty.

Sales and targets:

Proactively promote products, use effective sales techniques to meet and exceed sales goals, and handle transactions accurately.

Product knowledge:

Maintain a thorough understanding of all products, their features, pricing, and benefits to help customers make informed decisions.

Store maintenance:

Arrange merchandise displays, restock shelves, and ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Inventory management:

Monitor stock levels, process returns, and work with inventory to ensure products are available and properly displayed.

Reporting:

Keep accurate records of sales, prepare reports for management, and provide feedback on performance and market trends.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
