Role Overview
As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be the face of the store, delivering a refined shopping experience. You will play a key role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and upholding the brand's premium standards.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and deliver a warm, personalized shopping experience
Understand customer preferences and recommend designer wear and accessories accordingly
Provide in-depth product knowledge including fabric, styling, fit, and care
Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and overall store presentation
Handle billing, POS operations, and payment transactions accurately
Build lasting client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and coordination with backend teams
Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally while maintaining brand standards
Adhere to company policies, processes, and retail best practices
Candidate Profile
Female candidates only.
Previous retail sales experience, preferably in designer or fashion retail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable personality with a strong customer-service mindset
Passion for fashion and luxury retail
Basic computer and POS system knowledge preferred
