The Retail Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting day-to-day retail operations across sales team .. The role ensures smooth communication between the company, retail partners, and internal teams to drive sales performance, maintain brand standards, and support operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with retail team for daily operations and requirements
Monitor sales performance and collect sales reports from stores
Support execution of retail schemes, promotions, and merchandising plans
Ensure brand visibility and compliance with visual merchandising standard
Act as a point of contact between field staff, distributors, and internal teams
Resolve operational issues faced by stores in coordination with relevant departments
Maintain accurate records related to sales, stock, schemes, and store performance
Assist in onboarding new stores and coordinating launches or new product placements
Skills & Competencies:
Strong coordination and communication skill
Good understanding of retail operations and sales processes
Ability to handle multiple stores and follow up proactively
Basic analytical skills for sales and stock tracking
Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tool
Problem-solving and execution-focused mindset
Qualification & Experience
:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales/Marketing preferred)
1-3 years of experience in retail operations, sales coordination, or FMCG retail
Experience working with distributors or retail networks is an advantage.
