• Handling Sales and sales report.
• Preparing, Filing & Sending Tender and Quotation.
• Lead Generation.
• Assist to Sales Manager.
• Knowledge of Government e-Marketplace (GeM) website.
• Clients & Customers Handling.
• Closure of Orders & deals.

Soft- Skills :

• Excellent Communication Skills
• Good Aptitude & Problem Solving Skills
• Good Reading & Writing Skills

Job Responsibilities :

• Should have knowledge of preparing & sending quotations for tenders and take a follow-up of orders.
• Coordinate and Assist to the Sales Manager in generating leads.
• Knowledge of GeM and how to quote for the tenders.
• Proficiency in MS - Excel & MS - Word.
• Should have knowledge of sending, receiving, replying emails of customers and clients.
• Help to organise and build the databases.
• Should have knowledge of customers and client handling.
• Should have knowledge of lead generation and close the deals.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in Sales, Sales coordination and generating leads will be considered a plus.
• Good computer skills (MS - Office).
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, Marathi (preferably).
• Organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A team player with high level of dedication.
