Job Description

Communicate & Coordinate with the sales team on regular basis in reference to their performance by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team Support senior management in tracking the performance of the sales team members located in different cities Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports Ensure that the sales team processes all orders with accuracy and timeliness Ensure no communication gaps arises between the Clients & the sales team Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events Keep a proper track of the sales team performance Ensure adherence to laws and policiesJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per monthSchedule:

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Sales Coordinator: 1 year (Required)
