An Automobile Sales Executive is responsible for selling new or used vehicles by understanding customer needs, explaining vehicle features, negotiating prices, and ensuring a positive buying experience. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their vehicle needs and preferences
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options
Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations
Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of models, promotions, and competitors
Prepare sales documents and coordinate with finance and insurance teams
Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Prior experience in sales or customer service (automobile sales preferred)
Valid driver's license
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
