We are an Electric Two-Wheeler Dealership and are seeking a smart, dynamic, and sophisticated

Product Specialist/ Sales Executive

for our newly launched showroom at Kolar Road, Bhopal.

The ideal candidate should have a

automobile industry background

, Graduate in Science/Engineering would be ideal but we are happy to overlook this if you are confident in your know-how of technology.

Freshers and Graduates with 1 - 3 years experience in automotive/ tech retail,

Need to be an automobile/tech enthusiast, and have the passion to learn more about automobiles and what's happening in the automotive/tech world,

Must have a valid Two-wheeler license,

Good communication skills in English (verbal) is a base requirement and any other regional language will be a definite plus,

And most importantly, you need to have a way with people - charm and enthusiasm will take you a long way in this role.

Primary Roles

Assist walk-in customers at Ather Retail Space and ensure best customer experience.

Interact with customers to help guide them in their vehicle purchase, asking questions and providing relevant solutions/ answers and walk them through the whole process from pre-order/ booking to delivery

Support dealer revenue objectives by ensuring that monthly sales targets are met

Ensure a seamless delivery experience to Ather customers

Perform high-quality, professional and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of Ather vehicles

Executing marketing events to drive more sales while maintaining superior customer experience

Additionally

: Supporting the sales ops team at the dealership to complete their tasks by being the single POC to the customer Ensure excellent process hygiene while using DMS or when handling paperwork and support dependent teams Test Ride vehicle management New Vehicle Delivery Management Ensure smooth execution of all marketing events

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?9,729.12 - ?22,162.96 per month
