We are looking for a
Retail Sales Executive
with strong interpersonal and communication skills to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving
field and outbound sales
, engaging directly with potential clients, and promoting our products and services to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct
field visits
to meet potential clients and partners.
Execute
outbound sales activities
-- including cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups.
Explain and promote company products and services to customers effectively.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collect market intelligence and share feedback with the management team.
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required.
Requirements
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in field sales / retail / B2C or B2B sales (Healthcare, Insurance, or FMCG background preferred).
Education:
Graduate in any discipline.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be comfortable with travel within the city for client meetings.
