Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated
Retail Sales Executive
with up to 1 year of experience to join our team. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow in retail, and contribute to enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting products and provide detailed information about our offerings.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain store appearance by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and managing inventory.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Operate POS systems for smooth and accurate transactions.
Collaborate with the team to drive store performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Up to 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Basic computer skills (MS Office or POS systems).
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
