Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations. Stay updated on current fashion trends, brand promotions, and new arrivals. Assist customers with sizing, styling, and wardrobe building. Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards. Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets. Process sales transactions using POS systems accurately. Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally. Maintain knowledge of inventory, stock levels, and reordering needs. Participate in store events, promotional activities, and team meetings.

Requirements:

Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the clothing or fashion industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service and consultative sales abilities. Well-groomed and fashion-conscious appearance. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Basic computer skills (POS, inventory systems, email).
