Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers at the store.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and stock arrangement.
Process sales transactions and generate invoices.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Requirements:
Minimum
6 months of experience
in retail sales/customer service (Freshers are welcome to apply).
Graduation/Diploma preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Presentable, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office is an added advantage.
