Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage clearly and accurately
Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and conversion goals
Maintain showroom cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively
Process sales transactions, quotations, invoices, and basic documentation
Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams for stock availability
Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and promotional offers
