As a Field Sales Consultant, you will represent the iconic Harley-Davidson brand while driving sales of the Harley-Davidson X440 motorcycle along with authentic General Merchandise (GM) and Genuine Motorcycle Accessories (GMA). This role requires an energetic, customer-focused professional with a genuine passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson lifestyle.
Actively prospect, engage, and follow up with leads through field visits, events, and personal networks.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain key features, performance, and benefits of the X440.
Guide customers through the complete sales process--from first contact to delivery.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new features, variants, and pricing.
2. Sales of General Merchandise & Accessories
Promote and upsell Harley-Davidson riding gear, apparel, and lifestyle merchandise.
Recommend Genuine Motorcycle Accessories to enhance the customer's motorcycle customization experience.
Ensure customers understand compatibility, safety, and value of products.
3. Customer Experience & Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with customers by understanding their riding needs and lifestyle preferences.
Deliver a premium, professional, and personalized Harley-Davidson customer experience.
Participate in dealership rides, events, and community activities to strengthen customer engagement.
4. Field Sales & Market Development
Identify and explore new sales opportunities in corporate, housing communities, rider groups, and youth segments.
Collaborate with the marketing team on field activation campaigns and local promotions.
Provide regular feedback on market trends, customer expectations, and competition.
5. Reporting & Compliance
Maintain accurate records of leads, test rides, and sales conversions.
Follow dealership sales processes, documentation protocols, and company guidelines.
Meet monthly sales targets for motorcycles, GM, and accessories.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong passion for motorcycles and enthusiasm for the Harley-Davidson brand.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in field sales.
Ability to deliver a premium customer experience with professionalism.
Knowledge of motorcycles (preferred, but training will be provided).
Valid two-wheeler license.
