We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and customer-focused
Sales Consultant
to join our Harley-Davidson dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of
Harley-Davidson Legacy models and the Harley-Davidson X440
motorcycle lineup. This role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences that reflect the Harley-Davidson brand.
Greet and engage customers, understand their riding needs, and recommend suitable Harley-Davidson Legacy or X440 models.
Conduct product demonstrations, share detailed features, and explain technical specifications.
Provide test ride coordination and ensure compliance with dealership safety protocols.
Guide customers through the entire sales process--from product inquiry to closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Legacy and X440 motorcycles.
2. Product Knowledge & Presentation
Maintain in-depth knowledge of all Harley-Davidson Legacy motorcycles and the X440 model, including features, pricing, finance options, and competitive positioning.
Stay updated on product launches, brand campaigns, and promotional offers.
Present motorcycles in a visually appealing and professional manner on the showroom floor.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to build loyalty and repeat business.
Regularly follow up on leads generated through walk-ins, referrals, digital inquiries, and events.
Assist customers with documentation, finance applications, insurance, accessories, and delivery processes.
Ensure a premium customer experience aligned with Harley-Davidson brand standards.
4. Showroom Operations & Reporting
Maintain showroom cleanliness, motorcycle display standards, and readiness for customer visits.
Accurately update CRM systems with customer details, sales activities, and follow-up logs.
Provide timely reports to the Sales Manager regarding sales performance, inquiries, and market trends.
5. Market Awareness & Competitor Tracking
Understand the local two-wheeler market, competitor pricing, and customer buying behavior.
Share market insights with the management team to improve sales strategies and customer outreach.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Minimum 1+ year of experience in two-wheeler automobile sales
(motorcycle sales preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain technical features in a simple and engaging manner.
Passion for motorcycles and familiarity with Harley-Davidson brand heritage is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital lead management tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Valid two-wheeler riding license is mandatory.
