Role Overview

:
We are looking for a passionate and people-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our boutique store. You will be the face of Varniya, guiding customers through their jewellery discovery journey, offering personalized recommendations, and helping them find pieces that resonate with their stories and style. This is a consultative sales role where listening, empathy, and product knowledge matter as much as closing the sale.

Key Responsibilities

:

Diamond Ring Consultation: Offer thoughtful, consultative guidance to help customers select the right jewellery - from engagement rings to everyday pieces. Sales:
o Build trust and rapport through honest conversations and expert knowledge of diamonds, metals, and craftsmanship.
o Maintain deep knowledge of Varniya's product range, new arrivals, and customization options.
o Drive sales by providing a premium, value-driven experience that encourages repeat visits and referrals.
o Capture customer details, preferences, and feedback to help create lasting relationships. o Work collaboratively with store management and team members to meet monthly and seasonal goals.

Maintenance:
o Ensure the showroom is always guest-ready - clean, beautifully displayed, and organized.

What We're Looking For

:

1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in fine jewellery, fashion, or other high involvement categories. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English, Hindi Confidence in consultative selling and a genuine interest in people's stories and style. Passion for jewellery, fashion, or design with an eye for aesthetics and trends. Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools (POS, CRM systems, tablets). A warm, professional, and service-oriented attitude.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
