Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
Understand customer requirements and provide solutions that align with their needs
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Prepare reports on sales, customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, customer support) to meet customer needs
