Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service, establishing rapport and trust with customers.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our jewelry collection, materials, and craftsmanship.
Offer personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and occasions.
Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth of the store.
Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the presentation of our products.
Collaborate with the team to create engaging promotions and events.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights.
Qualifications
Proven track record as a successful sales executive in the retail industry.
Experience in the retail jewellery industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and nurture relationships with customers.
High School education or equivalent
Fluent command of spoken English
Strong passion for sales with an eye for design and quality.
