Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements
Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, and platinum jewellery
Explain product details, pricing, purity, certifications, and making charges
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Handle billing, invoicing, and basic POS operations
Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising of jewellery
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and inventory movement
Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business
Adhere to company policies, security guidelines, and store SOPs
