Job Description

Customer interaction:

Greeting customers, assisting them with product selection, answering questions about items, and providing a positive shopping experience

Resolving billing issues:

Addressing customer concerns regarding pricing, discrepancies on receipts, or other billing issues

Inventory management:

Checking stock levels, identifying out-of-stock items, and notifying management about inventory needs

Required skills:

Attention to detail:

Ensuring accurate data entry and proper handling of transactions

Technical proficiency:

Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills

Customer service skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month

Experience:

Retail sales billing: 1 year (Required) computer billing and data entry: 1 year (Required)
