Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Welcome & greet store walk-in customers in a pleasing manner.



Assist customers in helping them select right piece of jewellery through suggestions & guidance.

Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.



Respond to customers' queries & clear confusions about product.

Provide clear breakup in writing about selected jewellery pricing including metal rate, making charges, stone charges, taxes, etc.



Provide outstanding customer service & customer delight.

Manage customer profile card by filling all relevant details.



Walkthrough customers with store's customer referral program, store's website & app downloads & get online reviews on google/Facebook.

Assist customer in making payments after final selection.



Up-sell, cross-sell any ongoing schemes in store's other section/counter.

Alert management of potential security issues.



Assists with inventory reconciliation including receiving and stocking counter merchandise.

Keeps clients informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
