Position Overview:

The

Indoor Sales Associate

will be responsible for assisting customers in the store, managing product displays, ensuring smooth billing operations, and maintaining a pleasant shopping environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a passion for retail sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in identifying products as per their requirements. Ensure shelves are fully stocked, organized, and properly labeled. Promote and upsell products to enhance customer experience and store sales. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Support the billing and cash counter team when required. Maintain cleanliness and visual standards of the store. Coordinate with the Store Manager for stock replenishment and product availability. Participate in inventory checks and help prevent shrinkage. Follow company policies, dress code, and code of conduct at all times.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of retail sales and customer service Ability to work in a team environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn Basic computer knowledge (preferred) Time management and multitasking skills
