We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused

Furniture Sales Executive

to join our team. The role involves assisting customers, understanding their requirements, showcasing furniture products, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable furniture solutions. Present and demonstrate furniture designs, features, and benefits. Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and handle billing. Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals, trends, and promotions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the delivery/operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment. Maintain showroom cleanliness, display arrangement, and stock records.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home decor. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products. Basic knowledge of billing software/CRM is a plus. A positive attitude with a strong sales and customer service orientation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
